It’s good to keep a podcast to a consistent time. The easiest way I do this is with the free website e.ggtimer.com.
This makes an easy, on-screen timer that also works great for letting cohosts see it. You can start a timer by visiting e.ggtimer.com and entering your time, or even adding the time to the URL, like http://e.ggtimer.com/15minutes.
Just remember that the timer makes a loud beep when it is finished. This can either mess up your recording, or give your cohosts a screaming heart attack (yes, this has happened to me before).
Today’s podcasting photo is made possible by HostGator affiliate. Host a single website or unlimited websites, unlimited bandwidth, and unlimited storage for as low as $3.96 per month! Start your unlimited hosting today!
